Hi, I’m Jake.
I’m the owner and Head Innkeeper at Green Springs Inn, a nature-immersive micro resort in Southern Oregon.
I spent the first 10 years of my career growing my family’s natural foods CPG company NuNaturals, an early pioneer in the zero-calorie natural sweetener space.
After completing my MBA from the University of Oregon, I was asked to teach the Business of Food course at Lundquist College of Business. I was also a founding board member of Eugene’s Table, a food and beverage manufacturing community trade organization in the Willamette Valley.
My career has been fueled by my passions: health and wellness, family businesses, and experiential travel. Today I find myself at the intersection of all three, as I grow Green Springs Inn into a premier Oregon destination (recently named to Oregon Business Journal’s 100 Best Destinations – we’re #39!).
